Dr. Laura is a behavioral scientist specializing in emerging technologies for well-being and behavioral transformation, with nearly 20 years of international research experience at world-leading institutions.

Her career has included research appointments as Fulbright Postdoctoral Scholar at Stanford University, Visiting Scholar at the MIT Media Lab (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), Ramón y Cajal Senior Research Fellow at Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona), Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at AIST (Japan) and the University of Barcelona, Principal Research Scientist at Dubai Future Labs (UAE), and Visiting Scholar at the University of New South Wales (Sydney), as well as serving as an Executive Coach for the Georgetown University EMBA Program.

Dr. Laura holds a PhD Excellent Cum Laude, a Master of Advanced Studies, and a Licentiate in Communication Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, as well as a Master of Research in Behavior and Cognition from the University of Barcelona. 

Her research has advanced the use of emerging technologies for well-being and behavioral transformation and has contributed to the scientific validation of coaching. She is the author of more than 50 peer-reviewed scientific publications.

Originally from Catalonia (Spain), Laura leads a semi-nomadic lifestyle. She has lived across four continents (Europe, Oceania, North America, and Asia) and traveled to over 60 countries. Her greatest passions are the human mind and personal development.
